Online Entertainment company is looking for the right individual to take the helm of the enterprise.

Looking for a self starting individual with the ability to create a desire for company product which translates to sales. Individual should have a drive and passion for marketing music within the new digital arena of the current marketplace and also should possess a vision of the future and the ability to transform that vision into a present day reality.

Duties include and not limited to:

A&R - Keeping an eye out for fresh talent.

E-Marketing - online blogging, email campaigns, radio and online stations, DJ/record pool utilization and the maintenance of an internet presence through the variety of community sites.

The position is more Marketing than A&R. Renumeration through Profit Share and Commission.
